About a girl

I was born in Bucharest and I currently live in Colchester. I’m 19 and I study psychology at the University of Essex. My favourite colour is red. I’m a Sagittarius. I really like vanilla. I’m addicted to coffee (and tea). I love to travel, to discover new places and meet amazing people. I collect sugar sticks. I like to watch old movies, classics like Singin’ in the Rain or Some Like it Hot… I love to have a good talk. My favourite book is Like the Flowing River by Paulo Coelho. Although I usually like to think things through, I sometimes have moments when I simply go with the flow or do something [others might consider] crazy. I love to go camping and hiking, or cycle through the woods. Ooh! I like board games & sudoku. And karaoke.

Supergirl from Reamonn is my favourite song. I like wine, especially if it comes with good company. I still believe there’s someone out there who can rock my world and just when I think about it I get the tingles : )  I push myself to the limits, and when I reach them I set higher ones. I guide my life by certain principles, and I believe you sometimes have to make tough choices, in order to grow. I pretty much am a free spirit and I need my independence. I love to spend time with the people I care about, but there are moments when I really want to go for a walk, have a day off or take a short trip by myself… That is when I charge my batteries, when I look at my life and make sure I’m on the right track.

I always tend to see the good in people, at least at first. It’s not always a good idea to take this approach, but I can’t help it. Even if I might be wrong, I like to give someone a chance in the first place. True friendship means so much to me, and I’m lucky to have such amazing friends in my life! I don’t know where I’ll be or what I’ll do in five years, but for the next three years I’m going to be in this charming little town named Colchester, studying psychology, having fun, discovering new things and meeting great people.
